Inner Beauty

Well, inner beauty is equal important to outer beauty. What we eat is what we are! With the air pollution and food toxic, we went aging faster and our skin problem become more sighted.

Drinking lot’s of water, consuming fruits and vegetables plus avoiding all toxin food. What are those toxin foods?

  • Meats
  • Dairy products
  • Excessive sugars
  • Excessive salt
  • Unhealthy snack: e.g. potato chips, junk foods
  • BBQ
  • Etc. (Too many to list down)

But what about those air pollution? Yes, we can be very eco-friendly but we can’t have all the people around us be eco-friendly.

Do you have any bad habits listed below? If yes, you are not fully eco-friendly yet.

  • Are you a meat eater?
  • Do you switch on your air conditioner?
  • Do you drive instead of using public transport? Or at least you own a eco-friendly car?
  • Do you use the one time chopstick? Spoon? Fork? Food container?
  • Are you a smoker?
  • Wasting paper?
  • Using tissue paper instead of handkerchief?
  • Etc.

Some of our daily habits are actually damaging our beloved earth. Please safe the earth today!
