What type of foundation is suitable for you?

There is few types of foundation available in the market, liquid, cream, powder, 2-way cake, foundation stick, HD foundation, etc.

Have you found your right foundation? We give some tips for different type of foundation:

Liquid        : Easy to apply as it spread over the face evenly. But less coverage

Cream        : Not suitable for dry skin. High coverage

2 way cake : Not suitable for dry skin. Medium coverage

HD             : Suitable for all skin type. High coverage

Stick          : Same as cream foundation

Product Review - Eye Base

Wondering why your eye shadow & eyeliner faded very soon? Wondering why your eye shadow color does not show properly?

Other than the product quality you use, you might have miss out the eye base or using not-so-good quality of eye base.

When do your apply eye base? Right before you apply eye shadow, apply a thin layer of it.

There is many branded makeup products offer good eye base, but here I would like to review with you both the product I used for my makeup service

Malu Whiz

This is a Germany branded makeup products. I have attached a picture of the eye base.

I used to use this eye base earlier, but we found it a little difficult to apply. As you can see, it is a cream base texture thing. If the skin is dry, when you apply this, you will see it appear patch by patch.

*When applying eye base, avoid it become patch by patch, as the eye shadow color will turns out to be patch by patch later

Beyu

Also a Germany branded makeup products. I have also attached a photo of the eye base here, so you may make a comparison.

I have finally chosen this eye base after trying on it. As you can see in the picture, it is a liquid base thing. It is easy to apply to any skin as it will spread evenly on your eyes.

Hand Lotion review

I've tried many different brand of hand lotion, here is some of my review:

NIVEA

Less than RM 50
Pros：Open couter branch, can be purchased at Watson, Guardian, and many others shopping complex/ hypermarket. Low cost, fair absorption
Cons：Not moisture enough, I don't really like the smell of the lotion

L'ocitaine

More than RM 50
One of my favorites! But is quite costly

Pros：I love the smell of the lotion & is very moisturize!

Cons：Cost is high, can't find near my house (there is not L'ocitaine shop in Kuantan..sad)

OPI  AVOPLEX Hand Cream

More than RM 50
Mild avocado smell, very moisturize!

Pros：Unlike L'ocitaine, it only leave a very mild avaocado smell on your hand, I felt it is more moisiturize than the L'ocitaine^^

Cons：Can only be purchased at some of the nail salon/ OPI counter.

AVOPLEX NAIL & CUTICLE Replenish Oil

More than RM 50
Smell like the AVOPLEX hand cream, but this is stronger
Pros：Moisturize your cuticle immediately

Cons：Other than a little costly, I don't find any cons

Setting up my home base nail salon soon!

I am getting very excited when my hubby told me I can set up a home base salon at my new house.
So great! He asked me to modify the room at ground level (attached with bath room, he said is easier for business) to suit my needs.

I am now busy searching the manicure table, pedicure chair, and many more products needed for the salon.

I have just move to the new house, there's still many boxes remain unpack... Guess I need another couple of weeks before everything is done
